e the goal of each company to enhance the productivity, inner communication and understanding between their employees and their supervisors.
AB OVO SALONA CLUB can help You to achieve this goal.
Salona Club has in it’s fleet 7 Yachts which have exactly the same maritime capabilities. This means that we can accommodate up to 50 of Your employees who can all sail or learn to sail on the same Yachts. For them we organize Sailing school and special regattas or combination of the two, in which Your employees learn to overcome obstacles, to be innovative and above all to work as one. The fleet of same Yachts comes very useful in regattas because the best team wins not because they had a better Yacht but because they have learnt to work and function as one body. Each employee works on one position on the yacht but needs to contribute to the whole team if they are to win. If one piece of the engine fails the whole can not move forward. The inner communication and the ability to contribute to the team is what we strive to improve.

The minimum requirement for participating in AB OVO Team Building Programs is 6 employees for sailing school and 10 employees for sailing school with regatta or just special regattas.
The program for sailing school lasts from 5 to 7 days (depending on the Company’s need) while the special regattas with sailing school lasts for 7 days.
Special regattas can be organized to last from 2 to 7 days.
